Project Description
Haematology
Our blood carries nutrients and oxygen to every cell in our body, but it also transports waste products so that they can be flushed out of our system. In addition, it maintains our body temperature and its pH, and transports white blood cells in order to fight infection. Haematology diagnoses and treats blood-related conditions and those affecting the haematopoietic organs, or blood-forming organs, such as the bone marrow, lymph nodes and spleen.
Tip: the consumption of some foods such as lemons, pomegranates, chlorophyll and onions can help to cleanse our blood.
