Pediatric Surgery

Sometimes our children have to go through surgery. On such occasions, a paediatric surgeon looks after them, arriving at a diagnosis, taking care of the pre-operation phase, the operation itself and the postoperative period. Interventions can be carried out on foetuses, infants and young children through to adolescents.

Tip: parents should ask the doctor to explain the entire process so that they can better respond to any questions their child may have.
